While we do promise you a welcoming home and great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

• Check in time 1 pm and check out time 10 am.

• The villa is in a rural area of Maharashtra, powered by MSEB. In case of electricity disruption, we have an inverter which provides 8-10 hours of backup (excluding AC, Refridgerator and Geyser).

• Diesel Generator can be used only in case of emergency due to electricity disruption for longer time. It can be operational for maximum upto 4 hrs in a day without any charges. For additional usage Rs. 600 per hour will be charged.

• The villa is surrounded with number of trees, thus guests are advised to stay cautious and close all windows after sunset to avoid any wild insects or bugs, specially during monsoon season.

• Vodafone network does not work here however Airtel and Jio has good connectivity.

• Guests can stay connected with complementary WIFI. A dongle will be provided as there is no fiber internet connection available in the vicinity. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the Villa.

• It is mandatory for all guests to share their valid ID proofs when asked.

• All foreign nationals are required to present their passport and visa details.

• Children above 10 years of age will be charged as per adult rate. No charges for children below 10 years and no extra bed will be provided for the same.

• Maximum guests capacity of villa is 10, thus every guest can enjoy the luxury of the space.

• Additional people will be charged at Rs.1000 per person.

• Only stags not allowed.

• Smoking is allowed outside villa only.

• Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in or around the pool.

• Please accompany your children in and around pool area.

• Pets not allowed.

• Cooking food not allowed.

• No Food allowed in bedrooms.

• Locally sourced home cooked food (Veg & Non veg) will be available at additional charges.

• The meals will be prepared at farmhouse in an outdoor kitchen and served fresh at outdoor dining area.

• Please be mindful and keep music volume low after 10 pm.

• Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

• Any commercial activity is not allowed.

• Guests are requested to take care of personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.

• Deposit of Rs. 5000 must be paid at the time of check in, which will be refunded after checkout. (In case of any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement from the deposit amount.)

• Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above house rules will invite polite refusal to accept booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask the guests to leave.

• The management of Suman Farm Greenzest reserves the right to add, alter and amend any of the above policy and rules at any point of time without prior intimation.
